Why Forget-Me-Not studios? I happen to love the flower, and fun fact, it’s Alaska’s state flower! Forget-Me-Nots grow wild all around my neighborhood. I used them in my flower bouquet when I married my husband 20 years ago. I used to be a quilter, many ages ago. But, I live with a rare form of muscular dystrophy and am completely chair bound, making quilting too difficult. I started paper crafting about 2 years ago, just after Covid turned all our lives upside down. I’ve come to love paper crafting as much as I loved quilting. It fills my days with creativity and purpose. And it gives me an opportunity to share my gifts with those I love. I will learn many new card making techniques and improve my crafting skills. But this program is not only about card making. I’ll learn how to educate other card makers and crafters. I will learn to design a blog, photograph beautiful images, film training videos, and develop a community of crafters.
